About Little Miss Fitness Coach

I’ve been working in the fitness industry since I left school and landed myself a Trainee Fitness Instructor job at a local gym. Since then I have worked my way through lots of fitness related courses, gaining knowledge and experience over the last 15 years, to finish up where I am today - Personal Trainer at Bannatyne Health Club Carlisle.

Over the last couple of years, I have taken some time away from the fitness industry to have a family, this has only made me more passionate to help people achieve their fitness goals.

The fitness industry is a constantly changing sector…. With new fads, innovations and ways in which people can exercise. More technology allows us to exercise in the comfort of our own home through virtual classes, or stay in contact with our PTs through a variety of different online platforms.

Online Fitness Coaching

If you are looking to start online coaching....then you've made the right choice. We will look at your whole lifestyle and what improvements we can make to become the best version of you. With 24/7 support and weekly checkins, together we will get you your results.

I recommend starting with a minimum of 3 months to ensure you are at the right point to fly solo. We look at habits, food, exercise and mindset, it will pass you on the knowledge you need to succeed!

1-2-1 Personal Training

Personal training is a fantastic way to get results and stay motivated. With free access to my online portal you will get access to your workouts in your own app where you can also log your training sessions, food intake and body stastics. I will design the sessions to fit you personally. We will have fun, and still work hard!

Group Personal Training

Exercising with a friend is always fun.... and cheaper!!!! With small groups of 3-4 people working together with the same goals it's the perfect way to get into exercing and take away the bordom. Again all group clients will get free access to my coaching app.

Diet Analysis & Nutrition Plans

Getting results isn't just about exercining, your diet is super important too. And not just for weight loss, but also for your health and wellbeing. Eating right can have a big impact on how you feel day to day. It can reduce bloading, help to build lean muscle and give you more energy. We will look at your current food intake, and look at making manageable changes over a few months to form new habits and create a lifestyle change

Training Plans

If all you need is a little direction with your training, then let me design you the perfect plan for your goals. Plans are designed for 12 weeks, and using my coaching app to track your progress you will recieve all the help and support you need to reach the end of your 12 weeks with the changes you signed up for!
